Bhubaneswar, August 11: JCI Bhubaneswar is gearing up to host NALANDA 2026, a prestigious national-level event, with extensive preparations underway to ensure a seamless and impactful experience for participants, faculty members and delegates.
As part of the preparations, a Faculty Coordination Meeting was held at ITC Welcome, Bhubaneswar, bringing together members of the NALANDA host team and faculty members involved in the programme. The meeting focused on detailed coordination of the programme flow, faculty requirements, session management, responsibilities and other key operational arrangements.
Addressing the coordination team, JC Srinivas Subudhy, President, JCI Bhubaneswar, emphasised the importance of teamwork, timely coordination and collective responsibility in successfully hosting an event of national stature. He called upon all faculty members and members of the host team to work together to create a memorable and professionally executed NALANDA experience.
The meeting provided an important platform for the faculty and organising team to discuss their respective roles and ensure that all aspects of the programme are carefully coordinated ahead of the event.
